Spotlight on Two Special Volunteers 2017

Donate to Support the Festival
We extend our Special Thanks to long-time volunteers and performers Carla Carnegie and Ken Glastre.

Carla Carnegie

Carla was an original Festival founder. She became the head cook during the early soup and bread days when lunch and dinner were provided at the Festival. It was a tasty, amazing feat.

Carla has worn many hats since the early days to ensure the Festival continued. She is also a terrific musician, and her band, Crooked Kilt, plays for the Saturday evening contra dance.

As a board-certified music therapist, she created Willow Song Music Therapy Services to support and enhance the quality of life for many in need.

Ken Glastre

Ken has organized the setup for each stage and recruited talented technicians and equipment over the last 20 years. Our Festival is a success because of the great sound that he facilitates!

Ken also serves on the main planning committee and helps with the programming.

Ken runs Perfect Wave Sound, which provides services to many area events and is known for his quality guitar repair.

Catch him performing with 2 Bit Jug Band on Saturday at 5:00 p.m. in the Sasquatch Room.
