Press Release October 4, 2022

The 27th annual Spokane Fall Folk Festival will be LIVE in 2022! The dates are November 12 and 13 at Spokane Community College, 1820 N. Greene Street. The Festival is FREE to all.

The Spokane Folklore Society, a non-profit volunteer organization dedicated to the preservation of folk music and culture, sponsors the Festival. The goal is to promote awareness, appreciation, development, and continuation of the varied cultural and ethnic traditions that exist in the Inland Northwest by providing a showcase for sharing these traditions in a spirit of community.

The weekend will be filled with traditional music, dance, crafts, workshops, storytelling, jam sessions, and more. Meals and snacks are also available. The Festival attracts about 6,000 people annually who enjoy over 350 performers representing 100 performing groups.
