Lara is a writer and a fisher poet. She tells stories about her childhood on boats and her work in the commercial fishing industry of Kodiak, Alaska. Her performance is both family-friendly and humorous.

Kenn Nesbitt
Kenn is the author of seven humorous children’s poetry books, including his most recent collection, When the Teacher Isn’t Looking. His poems have appeared in every book in the acclaimed Kids Pick the Funniest Poems series and in school textbooks worldwide. He writes popular children’s poetry websites and delivers assembly-style programs where students collaborate to write poems.
