The design must include the words:
Spokane ... Fall Folk Festival ... 2016
Design must be in a vector file format
or be reproducible, original artwork.
No Photoshop .psd file submissions please.
Design must be 4 colors or fewer.
A suggested shirt color may be included.
All entries must be submitted no later than Sept.1, 2016.
The winning designer will receive $100.
