2016 Design Guidelines
The winning designer will receive $100.

- Must include the words: "Spokane", "Fall Folk Festival" & "2016".
- Design should be in Vector format or be reproducible original artwork.
- No Photoshop submissions.
- Design should be no more than 4 colors.
- A suggested shirt color may be included.
- All entries must be submitted no later than September 1, 2016.
The winning designer will receive $100.
