Donate to Support the Festival
The Fall Folk Festival needs enthusiastic, motivated volunteers who would like to become a part of the Fall Folk Festival. There are several positions available. The time and length of commitments for each position varies.

​Lend a hand and support the Fall Folk Festival with your time and talents. Currently available positions are:

VENDOR ASSISTANT - Assist the Vendor Chairperson with organization of the Festival vendors.
 
  • Time Commitment: During the months of September through November, there will be maximum of two meeting of approximately two hours each.
 
  • Duties: Work with the chairperson in the selection of vendors. Help with the planning and assignment of vendor tables before the Festival. Assist in monitoring and troubleshooting any problems with the vendors that arise during the Festival.
 
POSTER CHAIRPERSON - Organize and oversee the placement of posters advertising the Fall Folk Festival.
 
  • Time Commitment:  During the months of August through November, you can expect to work at this task for a few hours each week.

  • Duties: Using the Fall Folk Festival database, contact and recruit previous and new volunteers to hang posters. Assign, organize and distribute the Fall Folk Festival posters to the volunteers, and maintain the volunteer and poster location databases.
 
  • Special Note: You will be stepping into the previous chairperson’s position. All the information and instructions have been organized and assistance is available.
