Volunteer Opportunities
  • Set–up / Clean up - Volunteers are needed to set up for the Festival, to rearrange furniture during the Festival, and to pack everything away at the end of the Festival.
  • Volunteer Check-In - Greet and provide guidance for volunteers. Need to check in both volunteers and performers, give appropriate supplies to volunteers, and be sure volunteers have read and understand the instructions for their position.
  • Greeters - Greet festival attendees at one of the entrances, hand out programs, answer questions, and sell buttons. Be familiar with activities and event locations, and know where the bathrooms are!
  • Coffee Brewers - Make coffee and deliver it to the Bake Sale table.
  • Hospitality Room Hosts - The Hospitality Room provides refreshments to performers and volunteers. The Host monitors and stocks refreshments.
  • Ushers - Ushers help with crowd control at either the Sasquatch Room or the Lair Auditorium. They help with seating, keeping entrances clear, and keeping doors closed to avoid outside distractions and noise bleed.
  • Button Sales - Wander through the Festival with your colorful sign and sell buttons to support our FREE Festival. Includes money handling and ability to make change.
  • Bake Sale - Arrange and serve baked goods. Collect donations from the public. Volunteers who work the first/last shifts at the bake sale will also help with set up and packaging.
  • T-Shirt Sales - Volunteers will sell performer CDs and Festival merchandise. Need to handle cash, make change, run credit cards and record CD sales. Volunteers at the beginning and end of the Festival will also help with set-up or packing merchandise.

Thank you for your interest!
