Jerusalem Middle Eastern Cuisine invites guests on a sensory journey through the vibrant streets of Jerusalem. Embodying the spirit of community found in Middle Eastern marketplaces, the Jerusalem Food Truck offers meals where flavors from the Levant region come together to create a harmonious and memorable dining experience.

Majda and her mother, Namati, who are originally from Israel, along with Majda's husband, Dan Ritchie, prepare authentic Middle Eastern dishes. Menu options include Shawarma wraps, Falafel sandwiches, Kofta sliders, and Middle Eastern rice.

The Jerusalem Middle Eastern Cuisine food truck will be present on Saturday only from 11:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Indigenous Eats is a Native American comfort food restaurant that brings the rich traditions of Native American cuisine to the Inland Northwest. Their dishes are inspired by indigenous culture, blending traditional flavors with modern twists to create truly unique comfort food.

Jenny Slagle, co-owner with her husband Andrew, is a member of the Yakama Nation and a descendant of the Northern Arapaho. She credits her mother with the recipe for her fry bread.

The menu features Indian tacos made with a variety of protein options, including bison, fry bread topped with huckleberry sauce, and the Pow Wow burger.

Whether you are a local or just visiting Spokane, come experience the warmth, authenticity, and delicious flavors that make Indigenous Eats a place to connect meaningfully with contemporary Native American cuisine.

The Indigenous Eats food truck will be present on Saturday only from noon until 7:00 pm.
